At Totesberry, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That means getting your order to you quickly, safely, and without unnecessary hassle.

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched from our warehouse, your order will usually reach you within 10 working days, depending on your location. Please note that due to high demand, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping Fees

• Free delivery on all orders valued at ₹2500 and above.
• For orders below ₹2500, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied.
• If, in the rare event, your package is lost in transit, we’ll refund the entire amount.

Please Note: Deliveries might be delayed or affected looking at the current situation.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We currently do not offer returns.

Sale Items

All products purchased during sales are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are available only if the product is broken or damaged.
• Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Submit your request within 5 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, refunds cannot be processed.
• Send the video and request to our official WhatsApp.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Totesberry reserves the right to cancel any order under special circumstances. Refunds will be issued in such cases.
